PARANOID offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on orders of $100 USD or more.
We ship most orders through ChitChats, an over-the-border courier. Packages are taken to a depot in New York State, then transferred to USPS/UPS and/or other postal services for final delivery.
Most Canadian orders are shipped via ChitChats and transferred to Canada Post for final delivery.
This method allows us to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Order Processing and Shipping Times:
We currently process and fulfill orders once a week.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folders if you have not received this email.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your ChitChats tracking number. If you have not received this email within a week of your order, please check your junk folders before contacting us.
Once your order has been inducted into the postal system, estimated delivery is
USA: 1-4 days*
Canada: 3-21 days* (most orders arrive within 1 week)
International: 4-21 days*

We take no responsibility for any lost in transit, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package leaves our shop it is up to you to keep an eye on the tracking info sent via email and be there to receive it.
We take no responsibility and have no control over any duties, customs costs or processing delays, transfers to local carriers in your country, strikes etc.
Return To Sender
If your package does not successfully deliver it will be sent back to us via ChitChats. This is typically due to insufficient address information.
If the package needs to cross the border again, receiving it can take 2-3 weeks. Your tracking information will state "Returned to Original Sender". This can happen if an address is missing information or invalid and the carrier was unable to deliver the package.
Refund on returned items: Once the returned package is back in our hands and restocked, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $5 return shipping fee.
Reshipping returned items:
We can reship the original package to you for the original shipping rate (free shipping promos will not apply) plus the cost of the return shipping ($5).

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
