Where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. Most orders go out through ChitChats and are handed off to USPS, UPS or Canada Post for final delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying North American orders. U.S. orders qualify at US$75 or more and Canadian orders qualify at C$100 or more. International rates are shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We process and fulfill orders once a week. Once your order is in the postal system, estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days in the USA, 3 to 21 business days in Canada (most arrive within a week) and 4 to 21 business days internationally. How do I track my order?
When your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with your ChitChats tracking number. If you haven't seen it within a week of ordering, check your junk folder before reaching out.
Can I return something?
You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items need to be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Start the request through your customer account and wait for approval before sending anything back. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless we confirm the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges depend on available inventory. Submit a return request and if an exchange is possible we'll add it when we approve the request.
What if my package gets sent back?
If a package can't be delivered, usually because of address issues, it comes back to us through ChitChats. If it has to cross the border again it can take 2 to 3 weeks to reach us. See our Shipping Policy for how refunds on returned packages work.
Do you have a store?
Yes. Our retail store is at 640 Dundas Street West, Toronto. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm, closed Monday and Tuesday.
Do you do custom printing?
Yes. PARANOID Print Company is our screen-printing and custom apparel shop at 376 Bathurst Street, by appointment only. Custom printing has a 25 piece minimum per design.
