About these terms

This website and storefront are operated by PARANOID PRINT COMPANY. In these terms, “PARANOID”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PARANOID PRINT COMPANY.

These terms apply when you browse the website, use its features, or place an order. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products and availability

We try to describe and photograph each product accurately. Colours and details may look different depending on your screen, lighting, and the normal variation of materials and printing.

Products may be limited in quantity, changed, or discontinued. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when we accept your order.

Prices and obvious errors

Prices and promotions may change before you place an order. The currency, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other amounts that apply to your purchase are shown on the product page or during checkout where applicable.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, promotion, availability, shipping, or other factual error. If an obvious error affects an order you submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders and checkout

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the selected products using the information provided at checkout. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. An automated order confirmation means we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for practical or legal reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment problems, resale activity, delivery restrictions, or an obvious error. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Shopify provides commerce and checkout services for the storefront, and payment providers process transactions. PARANOID PRINT COMPANY remains the merchant selling the products. Your use of checkout or a payment method may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and privacy

Our dedicated Shipping Policy governs order processing, shipping, delivery estimates, and return-to-sender handling. Our Refund Policy governs return requests, eligibility, exchanges, and refunds. Those policies form part of these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. If these terms conflict with a dedicated policy on its specific subject, the dedicated policy applies to that subject.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect information about other people without permission, make fraudulent purchases, or use automated methods to scrape or overload the website.

You must not use the website or its content in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The website and its text, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, trademarks, and other content belong to PARANOID PRINT COMPANY or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access to the website when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated, or when needed to protect the website, PARANOID, our customers, or others.

Ending access does not cancel rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and provisions that are intended to continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the storefront, our practices, or the law. The current version will be posted on this page and applies from the time it is posted. Changes do not alter an order we already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This governing-law clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply where you live and cannot be waived by agreement.

General

If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
