Refund Policy

Request window

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. A return request is subject to review and does not guarantee approval.

Start your request through the customer account portal using the email address associated with your order. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Return condition

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. We may decline items that show wear, washing, damage after delivery, alterations, stains, odours, or missing original packaging where applicable.

Complimentary gifts, promotional inserts, and other zero-dollar items have no refundable value.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for a return shipment until it is delivered to us. Do not mail a return without first receiving approval and return instructions.

Inspection and refund

After an approved return is delivered and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

If an approved refund has not appeared after your bank’s normal processing period, contact hello@paranoidcollective.com with your order number.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled after we review your return request and depend on available inventory. Customers cannot select an exchange through the self-serve form; if an exchange is available, we will add it while approving the request.
